To answer a growing need for durable and impact proof transparent doors, Aluview has introduced specialised perspex particularly suited for gyms and sports centres. The perspex we have specially designed gives the same look as glass but durability and wear resistance that can’t be matched. The perspex panels in our gym shower enclosures are a design that is unique to Aluview. Designed in-house- we have created our own profile that incorporates the hinge directly to the panel. -
Precise and effective use of mirrors has the ability to transform any room into a brighter, more open space. Mirrors are a durable, attractive and easily maintained wall-cladding that can be used to modernise and lighten a room. Aluview offers a range of toughened mirrors that can be airbrushed or sealed with bespoke designs and stencils. We have extensive experience in measuring and fitting mirrored glass in new and renovated projects. Aluview had the pleasure of installing no less than 22 individual pieces of glass and mirror in every bathroom at Montecasino’s Palazzo Hotel. We successfully manufactured and installed a total of 3938 individually measured pieces of glass and mirror for this project. -

This is a specifically crafted system where one vertical edge of the glass is encased in an aluminium bracket. The bracket rests against the wall and uses a full-length hinged profile so that the glass panel opens from the wall. We have found that the combination of glass and aluminium or stainless-steel has a particularly clean and refreshing look to it. This makes semi-frameless showers very attractive in bathrooms as well as being functional and robust. -

Side hinge showers consist of a panel that hinges directly to a wall or to a fixed piece of glass at 90 degrees. Some of our hinges allow self-closing as well as diagonal closing angles. -
